Jack Akin is a seasoned Executive with a diverse history of accomplishments. Besides serving as CEO of Tech By Request, Jack works with Executives in Action to help non-profits succeed by helping them set strategic direction; build an execution plan and stay on track. Jack formerly served as EVP of operations at Business Access LLC in Dallas, Texas. Jack focused on building a coalition of partners to deliver Business Access programs Nationwide. Today Business Access is supported by over $50B in corporate coalition partners.

Prior to joining Business Access, Akin's background includes 19 years of management, consulting and executive management in the technology industry. Jack served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Daisytek International and managed US sales of $500 million annually. Jack also served as the COO for Crown Computer Supplies in Richardson, TX. from 1996-1999. Crown was awarded employer of the year by the Dallas Mayor's Committee in 1996 for their work with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). He holds a B.A in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Jack and his wife Meredith live in Plano, TX with their two boys Jake and Josh. Jack is an avid golfer and enjoys game fishing and traveling with his family all over the World. “I believe as parents we should empower our children to reach their own potential through socialization and encouragement.”

As a native from Dallas and a U.S. Army Veteran, Eugene Cagel is used to getting the job done under pressure, his background in reconnaissance gives him a unique perspective to problem solving that he uses to not only fix the issue but do it in a quick and efficient manner. Eugene has been with Tech By Request for 3+ years and has cultivated trust and respect from his customers. Backed with 15+ years of experience and multiple certifications, Eugene has not met a problem he can not fix. Eugene is an avid gamer so he knows equipment and networks must not only be reliable but fast as well.

Eugene currently lives in Plano, TX with his wife Emma. You can always find Eugene working hard on research projects and furthering his knowledge in the field.

Bryant has 5+ years of extensive computer knowledge aiming to provide the best customer experience. Certified in Microsoft office suite and networking fundamentals, and continuously learning through personal projects. Ready to help with both Windows and Mac problems. Bryant was the previous president of Business Professionals of America and competed in network technology at the state and national level. With outstanding interpersonal skills, Bryant provides detailed explanations along with excellent customer service.

Bryant is working toward a Bachelor's degree at UTD in data science with a passion for problem solving using statistics.
